Up just before 6...
The watch was amongst the boxes...
Space has been made...
I could make more by converting all the rest of the "spine out" CDs to boxes but discovered Ikea no longer make the sets of shelves...
Oh well...
Breakfast....
Again, easily found re the new system...
Then, a day of full on WFH - plus finishing off "Picard" at lunchtime...
We will miss that but it's set up for a new series...
Chicken pasta for tea...
Francoise Hardy's French language cover of Nirvana's "Tiny Goddess" is sublime...
The views at the end of the day...

...followed by Elgar's "Enigma Variations" on the CD player in the new back room...

...and a call with my mum - this the view...
She was advised yesterday she will get home, at last, on 21 July - however, she has yet another infection - back in her legs - ironically, the very thing for which she was hospitalised in the first place, all those weeks ago...
After a day of seeing how things go, the doctor has put her back on antibiotics...
This evening, recording the podcast links and then, the random LP of the day, this from Steve Harley and Cockney Rebel...
I have no record of when I acquired it but I know I didn't buy it at the time...
I did, however, buy the single "Black or White" on 22 November 1975, the same day as Queen's “Bohemian Rhapsody” 7" (both on EMI)...
...and I recall being of the opinion that Steve would outperform Queen's effort on the charts...
How wrong I was...
Later, I demonstrated my BJH haul to the Twitter...
...and enjoyed some French music too...
Francoise Hardy's French language cover of Nirvana's "Tiny Goddess" is sublime...
The views at the end of the day...
Forgot to say, today was one of those days on the Bandcamp where they forego their fees to help artists...
First thing, I reduced all my albums to "free/pay what you like"...
At the end of the day, I'd made more than if I'd kept my prices where they were...
It's a funny old word...
Lights out...
Highlight of the Day : People buying more of my music...
