Monday once more...

I was 100% charged...

I decided I still wanted speakers and so a wee amp was ordered which would arrive later today...

The beast was in the mirror having shaved its head for the first time in a couple of weeks...

New music was lying around...

...and another temporary layout was tried...

...and, later, deemed unacceptable by the EP...

Today's classical piece was from Mr Bartok...

...and some other CDs were also listened to...

I misremembered that today was the 51st anniversary of the first moon landing - of course it's tomorrow...

Breakfast....

Good poaching from Anne...

Mushrooms for me...

..with tomatoes...

The back room awaits the new shelves - 8 days to go...

But I calculate I will need a further two sets re the box sets...

...and, of course, I need to "decorate" all those CD boxes...

At lunchtime, a wee trip to the Gyle shopping centre to buy the latest edition of The Wire, as it had volume 53 of  "The Wire Tapper "attached...

Back home, the random record was the LP that saved and yet also kind of killed Yes, including their most famous track...

just before teatime, the new wee amp arrived...

It did not sound great at first but I am warming to it - didn't help that, initially, I attached wires the wrong way round...

TV ruled for a couple of hours with "University Challenge", the last episode of the Beethoven documentary "Being Beethoven" and "Michael Portillo's Great European Train Journeys" as he visited Frankfurt and Gottingen...

This was followed by some late night listening via the new amp...

Still not sure...

...and Anne was unconvinced re the latest positioning of the book element of the library...

Oh well..
