...which was accompanied by the Guy Ritchie film "The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare" which was very enjoyable and based on actual events in 1942 re how it was that Britain finally removed the obstacle of German U Boats in the North Atlantic, allowing US troops and supplies to cross the ocean and assist in the fight against the Nazis...
The true story of what was "Operation Postmaster" is here - with almost all of those featured in the film killed within months or a couple of years of the action shown...
