Up late...

The views of the tops of the speakers...

First thing, downloaded some recommended jazz off Tom Hull's latest list...

An exchange re just how good dub reggae can be...

...although I did not play any...

I did play some stuff bought 50 years ago...

And some CD-Rs...

All 850 or so Rock & Pop now gone through...

Around 620 on the hard drives...

Around 230 not on the hard drives...

This second bundle includes around 100 actual LPs - hopefully all of these can be quickly downloaded rather than ripped...

However, 130 or so "Home Made" items - compilations, concerts etc - will "need" to be ripped - and, of course, in many, many cases, the tracks ID'd/typed in, as no database will pick them up...

Hmmm...

And then, Jazz and Classical still to be addressed...

While doing this, the window men arrived and fixed the window...

The window handle man popped round to check things out - he will start work "soon"...

Anne went to Zumba with Lynn...

At lunchtime, "Bosch" season two was concluded with the last two episodes...

This afternoon, I recorded just guitar over the Capital Models Anthology tracks, having slightly amended the tuning on a few of the tracks - one, "Black Room", didn't work so was left out of today's exercise...

Christmas cards arrived from Grand Nephews Dougie and Lockie (signed "Lachlan")...

Lovely...

Post a superb but unpictured onion quiche, potatoes and Brussel sprouts tea, I was not feeling too great and feel asleep...

Meanwhile, Anne enjoyed the final of "Portrait Artist of the Year" except, as usual, her least favourite artist won - apparently his portrait of Lorraine Kelly (I have not seen it) is a travesty...

"Shetland"'s final episode was recorded...

On awakening, I listened to a few of the albums supplied by Prog Rock Willie and downloaded some ambient and King Crimson like stuff...

Meanwhile, in San Francisco, a museum owner and curator bought "Saturn Sleet Rise Effect" and "Brahms"...

Which was nice...

Later on, European football highlights with the headphones on...

Bed pre midnight...

Highlight of the Day : Getting the Rock & Pop CD-Rs done - well the first part anyway...
