I don't need a streaming service, I need more music listening time...

Meanwhile, the beast was back on its old hunting ground today and about its business on Crispycat Hill...

Fully bespectacled, of course...

Much of the day spent ripping new acquisitions and organising the update of this - always a massive chore post a holiday...

The view from the balcony at 6:30...

I was up early to take my Godson to school and say cheerie-bye to the wee man...

Home for breakfast with Jorg and Anne...

Then, the leaving - photos in the garden did not turn out quite as planned...

We will return in 2017...

Filled up the car...

...and on to the racing track that is the Autobahn...

First stop, Göttingen...

...where Anne finally availed herself of some tasty sandals (unpictured) from Rieker...

...while I got something I liked...

Baking hot...

...and onwards, taking a break in the middle of nowhere to try and find some lunch...

Nothing open...

eventually, some pastry from a discount supermarket nourished...

Onwards to Bremen and filling up again...

Car returned to its spot but not yet unpacked as we still had a couple of hours to go...

So, a walk back to the riverside, past old haunts...

...opposite the art gallery...

Then, walking back to the station...

...with its sculptures...

...and a slice of the Berlin Wall...

Car duly returned...

Final meal opposite the station...

..and on to the tram to the airport...

...possibly the least busy airport we've been in...

Boarding...

Flying through good skies...

A rare pic of the Exec Producer with headphones...

What's she listening to?

It's Don Henley of course...

Arty shot of the cabin...

And landed...

...and trundling up the hill...

...and home...

A great trip, much enjoyed...
