Some research first thing into the participation of Brian Eno on the Genesis LP "The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway" in 1974...

He did some seemingly significant "knob twiddling" - for which Tony Banks did not feel he deserved a credit - and created the track "Silent Sorrow in Empty Boats"...

Phil Collins apparently argued Eno's case...

And, rather more significantly, Eno's presence led to Phil Collins' eventual solo career...

And Eno's work was "paid for" by Collins' participation on several Eno LPs...

Meanwhile, what's this?

It's chum JY Johnny's new wee Dachsipoo "Tye"...

What a cutie...

He soon got to grips with the Billion Dollar Baby's head...

This evening, post a Chinese meal and three episodes of "The Goldbergs", some "progressive rock" was partaken of (following the earlier in the day soundtrack of three centuries of classical music - Mozart, Beethoven, Couperin, Gottschalk, Gluck, Khatchaturian, Rameau, WF Bach, Haydn, Handel, Orff, Bernstein, Telemann, Vivaldi, Hummel, J C Bach and Puccini today)...

Today's listening selection...

Perhaps I should record a podcast  - but who would listen...

Inspired by Rolling Stone's Top 50 Prog Albums (of which I have 42) and Prog Magazine's Top 100 (of which I have 86)...

Between the two lists, I have 100 LPs - so a significant amount of overlap...

This is how etc...

Lights out...
