Right...

Thursday - but being written up on Sunday evening instead of Friday morning...

Lax...

OK the usual, first thing...

...and the scene left over from yesterday...

This morning, some dividers made up for the CD-Rs...

..and put in place - a few hundred remain out for ripping...

Some filing soundtracked by my favourite singles from 1974...

...per my own charts, compiled at the time - so no hindsight involved...

Good skies brought to my attention by the EP - these, of course, treated - to make good skies look even better...

Calls with FourSquare re the potential furniture pick up from my mum's today...

Confirmed they would call me when they were an hour away...

I got a call and we arrived at the house at 11:30...

FourSquare?

They arrived at 1pm - despite having called us at 11 to say they'd be there in an hour...

Not to worry - a favour was being done by two nice young men...

These taken...

...plus three wardrobes and a chest of drawers from upstairs...

This, my mum's pride and joy, was going too - we have found it impossible to sell...

Some items rejected, understandably...

No fire labels on these chairs - rejected...

...but able to be used, for now...

These too, to the dump...

This and the big double bed upstirs, also rejected...

End of an era indeed...

Found these in a box behind a load of my dad's old work papers from the 1970s...

They no longer smell or, presumably, taste, of whisky...

Off the boys went, this left for us to deal with...

Up to Sheila's at 2:30 for a late lunch of home made soup and scrummy scrambled egg bagels...

The Crystal Punch Bowl has found a new home...

Round to see Julie and meet baby BB for the first time - the bunny has been handed over...

Harris entertained us with a routine he'd learned for a show at nursery today...

Poor wee Beau doesn't know what's going on with all these small people taking her place in the house..

Home...

64 of the CD-Rs discovered yesterday not to be on the hard drives, easily downloaded late afternoon...

It took longer this evening to rip a few Bowie CD-Rs, home made comps and bootlegs - all of which had to have the track lists typed in...

This is going to be a long, long project...

Highlight of the Day : Meeting BB...
