Blowhole - Killing Noise

The beast was about its business in the back room...

...reading old magazines...

...and books on chamber music...

...whilst still in its pyjamas...

This morning's classical piece, Sibelius again - his violin concerto - very good...

All of that pre breakfast of course, starring some tasty mushrooms...

Thinking about how high I might stack some CD boxes...

Today's record is, at the time of writing (and following the download in a couple of days' time of yesterday's Pinhas disc), the only one of the 60 odd played thus far that i don't have in a digital format...

“Killing Noise” by Blowhole (Zabriskie Point, 1992)....

No idea when I bought this...

It’s a “noise” record which contains Hendrix and Dylan covers. One of  around 30 remaining LPs which I only have on vinyl. Difficult/Good..

Some sitting in the back room and listening to CDs...

These are waiting to be gifted to Creeker Stu...

In the evening, recorded the links for tomorrow's podcast and added all the tracks to the old iPhone for a listen through...

Starting with 2001...

Meanwhile, Anne was painting...

Intricate work...

Once again a midnight retirement...

Highlight of the the Day : Mushrooms...
