Sunday morning views...

...as five new releases entered the collection - I need candidates for my "release of the month" list...

I acquired Gaika, Jan-Dirk Platek, Joshua Redman, Pixie Ninja and Alvin Lucier...

Also located a digital version of the Pinhas from the other night...

Then, mushroom frenzy...

Anne was sorting her paintings, choosing a trio to be framed and hung...

The choices...

Talented...

Meanwhile, today's classical piece was from Vaughan Williams - in fact two pieces, because the first was so short...

In the event, I played three, with Greensleeves and Thomas Tallis being involved, as well as an ascending lark...

Another tasty salad for lunch...

...after which, we watched the first of two films today on our accidental Amazon Prime subscription, "My Spy" - very entertaining indeed...

Random record of the day was, for the third time, The Tubes...

...bought in Germany on its release, this was one of my albums of 1981...

Listened non-stop and caught the tour in Deutschland too...

Meanwhile, Anne had been busy in the kitchen...

Post tea, our second film, also very entertaining, "Ocean's 8"...

Then, some random listening...

I wiped my phone this morning and it had been refilling all day with the last couple of years’ of “latest” acquisitions, both CD and Download...

So, tonight's listening was the iPod Classic, shuffling unplayed tracks from (solely) CDs acquired since early 2017...

...before hitting the sack...

Weekend over...

Highlight of the Day : Lasagne...
