Up late and my foot was killing me...
But eventually the pain started to ease...
Anne was off to PickleBall for a 9am start...
I ought to have been taking her there then heading to Roslin for a band rehearsal..
I had to call it off...
We'll try tomorrow late afternoon...
I got to work on the podcast...
Just about uploaded by the time Anne returned...
Lunch and four, count 'em, episodes of "Chicago PD"...
...which kinda did for my foot again - seems to get worse if I spend any goodly amount of time sitting down...
On the upside, Caltic came back from 2-0 down against Scotland's Newest Club to draw 2-2, their Japanese striker scoring at the third attempt re an injury time penalty...
A great result for Hearts, who are now 6 points clear with 9 games to go...

Things were picking up re my foot and a celebratory takeaway from Wong's was ordered, picked up by Anne and subsequently very much enjoyed...
The evening was, rather foolishly, given what happened earlier on, spent in front of the TV...
The last "Astrid", a "Grantchester" and then listening back to the podcast, during which I fell asleep..
Luna was fine when I woke up...
...but my foot had well and truly gone to buggery and sleepless night lay ahead...
Highlight of the Day: When it seemed like my foot was getting better...
