Then, having checked with Anne via WhatsApp...

...booked us two tickets for the farewell tout by The Bad Plus-  they are playing 2 shows in Manchester on the same night - we are at the early show...

Then, into the car and over to Portobello...

...where some things were found...

Then, on to Musselburgh - where one more thing was found...

...and I met up with Anne post haircut...

Parked...

...and into The Willow, for tasty burgers...

The journey home was convoluted thanks to my following the satnav which took us into a big traffic jam...

But, soon we were at Lidl for minor provisions...
