Started work on a compilation of the original versions of the now decided upon 48 song pool for June's gig...
At 10, out with Anne to do some tasks - handing in a prescription at the doctor, a few things required provision wise from both Tesco and Lidl, and to B&Q for new gardening gloves and bin bags - i.e. bags for bins rather than big things to sit on...
Home after just over an hour and Anne put her new gloves to immediate use...

Lunch and something or other on TV...
Most of the rest of the day was taken up with work for Capital Models...
Finishing off the aforementioned 48 song compilation but, also, working out four new songs and creating song sheets for them, along with amending song sheets for another five and getting them all out to the guys...
And putting the new selection onto alpha order for our rehearsal next Sunday...
By which time Anne returned from Pilates and we enjoyed unpictured Baked Potatoes and watched "University Challenge", Manchester dumping Durham out - Manchester's captain winning the award for most annoying (if brainy) fucker this series...
We scored a paltry 70...
I retired upstairs and enjoyed the 3 CDs from the last three boxes, plus some "Larks' Tongues in Aspic", released on this day in 1973...
This chart is in the booklet of the 30th Anniversary Edition - an excellent selection...
Headed for bed around midnight with another 53 years ago today release in the cans, Roxy Music's "For Your Pleasure"...
