Up at 5:30 after having been awake since around 2 re the pain in my foot...

Standing at the computer, the pain started to ease a little and, by 9:30. I was able to advise the band that I'd play later today...
Vis-a-vis nothing in particular, a reference on BlueSky to the Yeah Yeah Yeah's reminded me they are named after track 2, side 2 of Alice Cooper's "Killer"...
Anyway, it was Monday - start of week 10 of 2026...
Luna was relaxed...

This might help the skin on my foot - even though that seems to have no bearing on the main problem...

...and some were put in place with no content as yet - that will be a long drawn out affair...
At 3:15, Keith arrived to drive us out to Roslin...

Looks much less appetising than it tasted...
In the evening, mainly TV - including 135 on "University Challenge" over double last week's score and the last of "Grantcehster"...
A couple of "Chicago PD" then I had to head to bed - the pain having returned full to the foot and suffering from lack of sleep...
Not the best day ever...
