Up and working and listening - still making my way through the new download acquisitions from Friday...
As regards the 33 CDs acquired, I have only managed one, so far...
The views from the office this morning...
Second day of the weekend...
Driech...
At 8:30, took Anne along to Stewarts Melville for her PickleBall session, then, post a visit to LIDL for new bread and some biscuits etc, back to the house and loaded up the car for today's Capital Models session, our first with stand in guitarist Martin McQueen...
On the way to Roslin, I stopped off at our old house to see if much progress had been made - no pics - but there were two cars parked outside the house, one kind of across the front garden and a big truck up the driveway...

Then, found the venue we will play in June...
A little out of the way but we should have a built in audience...
No pics either of today's session but here's the chocolate I took along, which turned out to be unneeded, as Moira baked a sponge from scratch, in honour of Martin's first visit to Moat View...
In all, 3 hours 45 mins of our two sessions were recorded - with around the first 20 minutes having been lost due to a recorder failure...
So, arrived at 10:30 and left at 3:30 - but very good work done - we played through all 48 songs on our list...
Objective achieved...
Back home and unloaded before Anne took the car off shopping...
Edited the sessions...
An hour of pfaffing about removed...
Good result...
Sent out to the boys in the band and to Mr Barclay to keep him in the loop...
A tasty brisket based tea...
..was followed by "Death in Paradise", "Father Brown", some listening back to today and the final two episodes of Season 11 of "Chicago PD"...
Weekend over...
