Home, having aborted a call to 111 (they cut me off after several miinutes on hold) to arrange an appointment with the GP at the Western. No the lady couldn't just refer me...

An evening of even more TV - loadsa "Chicago POD" and a "Midsomer Murders" - this last may well have been watched at lunch time - it's all a haze...
