Another week...
Breakfast outside...
...followed by a visit to Anne's mum...
...and another seat in the sun...
...and a short walk...
Some pictures from the book at reception - Mary with the visiting dog...
...and enjoying an event in the cafe...
Later today there was to be chocolate tasting...
Off we went...
...to Mary's apartment to do more clearing...
This picture found - our living room in early 1998...
The Adams Family...
We took a load of cutlery and crockery and bedclothes etc to a charity place and then popped into the Haven for lunch - tasty lentil & red pepper soup with half ciabatta for me - whole ciabatta for Anne (no soup) - pesto chicken on both...
Back home, continued a project I'd started this morning - trying to put together the "best" recording of each of the, so far, 122 different songs Capital Models have played since 2017...
Sourcing them from so many different sessions meant trying to align them all sonically...
Reasonable job done...
Rehearsed, without recording, my three songs from Thursday night, which included having to do new song sheets for two of them - one for clarification following a key change, the other because I didn't seem to have one...
Setlist
"This is All The Is (Pt 1)" (from "Callingstill" 1997)
"Hollow Man" (from "Ampersand" 2002 - but originally on "Dancers of San Martino" 1985)
"The Counting House" (from "Doveloveshawk" 1999)
Late on, discovered missed releases by Spanish faves Aitana and Zahara - which joined the library for tomorrow and the future, today's soundtrack having been really just me and my projects...
Lights out...
Highlight of the Day : Working on the Models - no, probably lunch...
