Preparation is everything...

Playlist
Portman – The Little Prince
Haydn – Complete String Quartets (Disc 11)
Mike Oldfield – Ommadawn
Lucy Kaplansky – Every Single Day
Morrissey – You Are the Quarry
Morrissey – Ringleader of the Tormentors

To FOPP today and once again I toy with buying rubbish CDs by Uriah Heep and Barclay James Harvest which I know I'll never listen to...

Instead, I take Morrissey's latest album for a meagre six quid...

In the afternoon, a call from James Jamieson intimates a soon come return to performing though we must of course rehearse beforehand and other commitments can make this difficult - more than likely a joint gig, like the one documented in our live CD from 2005 (details here - scroll down a bit)...

Anne has once again slaved over a hot curry all afternoon and it is excellent - going down nicely with a spot of red wine...

After tonight's "Coronation St" I fire up the studio and, at last, make some progress with the drum files which webmeister Craig added on Wednesday night...

The omens are good re the next album but what form it will take remains a mystery...

I have not been programming based for quite some time...

The evening is rounded off with the magnificent "Law & Order : Criminal Intent" followed by "The Friday Night Project", hosted tonight by Noel Edmonds...

27 years today since "The Sweet Thrill of Industry"...

Happy days...

Highlight of the Day : Anne's curry
