Another sunny day – people are worried about the weather...

There’s not much we can do now – however, back in 1989 when I wrote the song “Mr Sunshine”, perhaps we could have...

Too late now...

At lunchtime, evidence of the continued ballsing up of everything by the “tram”...

I visited HMV and bought the new 2CD live set from Alice Cooper because he is my all time fave...

It kind of rocks and is a good reminder of the Halloween gig in Glasgow (this was recorded two nights prior to that in London)...

I bumped into chum Bernie who was looking for a band called The Band Perry...

He said they were country so I sent him upstairs...

Now, HMV used to have a great wee closed off department which was purely for classical music...

The big “Classical” sign remains but, inside, they have drastically reduced the classical offering and added jazz, folk, country, easy listening, world and all manner of, frankly, shite into the room...

So Bernie just saw the sign and came back down...

I went back up with him and we found the CD which he duly purchased...

Playing on the sound system was a very impressive racket...

It turned out to be the new album by Portico Quartet...

It later nestled in a bag with the Coop set...

Such is fate...

In the afternoon, a meet with the solicitor to sign more stuff re Pam...

Back home I enjoyed the Coop and the Porticos this evening, while Annie was out on the ran dan with chums Theresa and Debbie...

I brought this drivel up to date and, during the evening also found and downloaded the rather enjoyable disc by The Band Perry...

...and the other two available albums from the Porticos...

A good day...

Highlight of the Day : The weather again...
