Out to the cinema at 10 for “John Carter”...
We had intended to attend a 3D screening but there was a mix up re the times and we ended up plumping for regular 2D at 10:30...
A very entertaining two hours plus of sci-fi hokum...
An added bonus was that, for the first time, we had the entire cinema to ourselves...
Then, lunch at The Hunter’s Tryst – a place I have driven past for over thirty years but never visited until today...
Tasty veggie burger...
Out to mum’s and we arrived at almost the same time as sister Sheila...
We collected some items that need to go back to England and had coffee, cake and a good old chat...
Out the back, forty odd years ago, these trees were used as goal posts...
Home and more time on the new songs...
Not quite happy with the second of the two – the lyrics are too personal – so listening and amending tomorrow no doubt...
