Uriah Heep – Classic Heep from the Byron Era (DVD)
Pet Shop Boys – Pop Art
Grand Funk –Thirty Years of Grand Funk

Waited all day from 8 am for the arrival of the TV...

Pop Art arrived from e-bay and I amused myself by listening to this amongst other things, mostly yesterday’s purchases, along with a couple of DVDs...

TV arrived at 2:40 but I couldn’t unpack and set up until Anne came home...

Watched the end of the Aberdeen game – humped 3-0 in Greece and a bit of the Spurs game – beaten 2-1 at home and lost their manager – before watching “Holby”, “Question Time” and Paul McCartney on the “Electric Proms”...

While the latter was good from the point of view of seeing a Paul McCartney gig, it was hardly in keeping with the spirit of the festival, as there was very little, if anything, either new or daring, about his greatest hits set...

Highlight of the Day : Big new TV
