Up – breakfast at home – out to Homebase – purchased two hooks for the kitchen re hanging towels, aprons, oven gloves etc – pouring with rain – shopping from Sainsbury – home – soup for lunch – watched “Before Sunset” : lovely wee film – put up hooks (squint as you might guess) – did some reading on economics (The Undercover Economist) – updated Friday and Saturday – took plenty of painkillers re the arm – surfed e-bay half-heartedly – transferred a Depeche Mode concert from DVD to mini-disc for chum Chris with a Ch with a view to burning to CD for him – watched enjoyable new Michael Palin series – enjoyable apart from stupid sacrifice of a sheep by an Albanian hoping that this would get him a job in the EU – religion is rubbish...
