David Reilly – Tracks for Anthology 1977-2007
Up at six and three hours work on Anthology – I will break this project this weekend...
The weather is braw...
In the post two CDs of excellent electronic music from Macclesfield Craig...
Into town with Anne and we breakfast at Wolfits before heading to the Fired Earth shop for paint for the kitchen – it’s nine years since it was designed and built and we need to re-paint the walls...
Back home and I continue on the Anthology while Anne preps the kitchen for the repaint, before resting whilst listening to this afternoon's footie on the radio..
Second win in a row for Queens as they triumph 1-0 away at Morton...
On the internet I note that - Aaargh!! I am featured in DGM Live's news pages, as Mr CBQ, as photographed by my old chum Stuart Cobley late last year, enters the competition for "Crimson on Location"...
Thanks to Sid Smith for putting this up there - of course here I am four days behind the times having posted my usual inconsequential pish whilst no doubt many a King Crimson fan has linked to the site to find out if there's anything worthwhile here....
Damn - just check the Cloudland Blue Music link....
While Anne watches Man U v Sunderland on the squiggly Setanta box (new aerial on Tuesday) I continue working in the studio – despite now having the biggest insect bite in Christendom on my leg – I think a beast stuck its teeth into me at the football on Thursday night...
Out to pick up an Indian – v tasty as usual and then we end the day with telly - 2 x “Heroes”, 2 x “Hyperdrive” and “Match of the Day”, during which I commence to snore outrageously...
Highlight of the Day : Queens – two wins in a row - extraordinary
