In the last five years (August 2021 to July 2026), there have been 192 different No 1 LPs on the UK chart...
Of those, only 13 have stayed at No 1 for more than one consecutive week (including 4 LPs by Taylor Swift)...

It turns out that, while they do have some "prog moments", they are not...
But I still like them...
Following my Top 10 2LP sets of the 70's, I opined that the era of Studio 2LP Sets stretched from 1966 to around 1987 (after which, many albums were lengthened by substandard CD filling material rather than being planned that way)...
So, here are my Top 20 2LP sets from 1966 to 1987 (possibly) (including my 70's Top 10 of course!)...
