Wednesday morning an, once again failed to do any diary work...

...and I was up late...

With the blind in the back room, Crispy has been moved to the computer room window...

One of the two pictures now sits next to her in a box while this one is next to Meg in a box...

I am liking the blind...

Breakfast...

Then, with Anne off to Zumba and coffee and cake for the rest of the morning, I set about rearranging the back room, with a view to freeing up below the window...

But I did not like my solution...

...and, eventually settled on this...

The top row of books has been rearranged to allow for a more uniform height...

A failure was a success...

The latter stages of the exercise were soundtracked by Herr Bach...

..and, upon completion, some relaxation to this...

Then, downstairs for more doing nothing when I probably ought to have been doing something...

Instead, listening to this...

A 2CD set of around 20 of the 1,200 7” singles produced by Deutsche Grammophon from 1953-1965. These are all mono recordings from the 1950s. Superb…

But none was ever getting anywhere near “the charts”…

Discussions with Craigieboy re the ordered laptop...

The end result of all our chat was that I have quite a lot of CDs...

Around 4pm, what's this?

Fang popped by...

Good to see his paint stained nose almost back to normal...

So cute...

More of the Michael Douglas/Alan Arkin thing at lunchtime and in the evening - we are now well into series 2 after just three days' viewing...

Superb linguini and meatballs from Annie...

Also this evening, some listening to jazz and classical on Anne's old phone (Samsung J3), which I don't think I mentioned, a new 128GB SD Card was bought for, arrived Monday, allowing it to be turned into a new MP3 player...

Just what I needed...

Onwards!

Highlight of the Day : Anne's linguini and meatballs...
