Out at 7:45 and drove a very convoluted due to roadworks drive over to the dentist for the latest check up - all good...
Drove back...
Home around 9:30...
Anne had decided not to go to Zumba, as Lynn was helping son Stewart move house...
We watched episode 3 of "The Devil's Hour"...
And, at lunchtime...
...we watched episode 4...
Lovely coffee mid afternoon...
...as I continued to learn how MusicBee works and had a technical call as regards an upcoming complicated financial transaction...
Late afternoon, a very small measure of assistance provided to Anne as she prepped a superb beef and ale casserole, with the masterstroke ingredient of Newcastle Brown Ale...
With that well underway, I was off to the five a sides...
In hindsight I probably shouldn't have played re my recurring knee injury...
The sides were fairly evenly matched, with a couple of new guys making their debuts...
The lead swung from one team to the other but was never more than four....
In the end, my team ended the game three down...
So it goes...
Home to this tastiness...
And, as Anne monitored Hearts going down 1-0 away to Scotland's newest club, we watched the final two episodes of "The Devil's Hour"...
Very good indeed...
Spoiler: The premise is we live our lives over and over, repeating it but not realising we are doing so...
But one person can recall things from previous lives (in a deja vu stylee) and was changing things, he thought, for the better...
Thought provoking indeed but, ultimately, science fiction...
But, still excellently done...
