Awoke around 4 but snoozed on, eventually arising after 8 and to the new machine...

The new hard drive was making a strange noise, so I decided to copy the music back to the C Drive on the old laptop - which took all day...

Meanwhile, both this morning and yesterday morning, my mum suffered nosebleeds when she arose - so, today, a call to NHS24 commenced at around 9:30 ad lasted for over 90 minutes, almost an hour of which was us on hold, as we drove over to Loanhead...

Mum actually seemed ok despite a plethora of blood-stained clothing requiring to be steeped and washed and blood to be cleaned up from several areas of the house...

Once the call had concluded and no action was deemed necessary - we'll see - we set about determining what should be on my mum's shopping list...

No eggs required...

Bread and cold meat added...

No cheese required...

No chocolate required although chocolate toffees were requested...

No orange juice required...

No coffee required...

No soup required...

No satsumas required...

...and definitely...

...definitley...

...definitely...

...no biscuits required...

Come blue top milk needed...

No medication supplies needed...

And off to Sainsbury we went, Anne taking the opportunity to do our shopping and petrol too acquired - at a knock down price due to sustenance outlays...

Back to my mum's and, ensuring she was fine, back home to continue where I'd left off with her phone call this morning, re sorting the systems...

Some programmes downloaded and some work done - the music collection though continues to be a problem but it seems to be gradually getting better...

Probably too much football was also watched - Germany scraping a draw against Sapin and could still go through but Canada thrashed by Croatia and out...

While I struggled again with the new system...

...Anne progressed her latest work...

And, of course, Fang popped by for a few hours...

Tasty chili for tea...

...while Fang had found a spot...

"SAS Rogue Heroes" hit the penultimate episode and remained engaging...

Post which there was, of course, more mucking about with the system...

Highlight of the Day: Mum being ok despite the current situation...
