A lovely morning...
...and, even though I was up "late"...
I'd been awake since around 5, but snoozing and listening to old podcasts - amazing how much of the music I play, I forget...
It was going to be nice all day...
My targets were making music, writing this and playing football...
Of those three, I only managed the football...
Anne had made some rearrangements in the kitchen...
...and her boat painting now has the makings of a boat...
Much of the morning formulating a possible Bowie/Reed/Roxy/Eno set list...
I listened to the band and/or me solo playing the songs and I even played ten of them "live" with the acoustic..
Also put together a new chord sequence, which will no doubt come to nothing...
Managed to score two goals (one from our own half and one a neat slip under the keeper) but we lost all three of our games...
The afternoon was spent downloading and ripping and listening and watching more "Elementary"...
A tasty tea from Anne, Pasta Bolognese...
More "Elementary" and "Fake or Fortune" in the evening, which, later on, with Anne already off to bed, sent me searching for music from the late 16th Century in the Low Countries...
...accompanied by this wee chap...
Not so wee really - his chum had already had to be put out the living room window earlier but I left him to it...
I was too tired to do anything...
...and so hit the sack...
Highlight of the Day : Football...
