A quick recap on today's goings on...

Re-recorded the second half of this week's podcast to include stuff from yesterday...

Mostly well known singles were removed, while what is probably some more fairly unknown stuff was added...

Brought the "red books of CDs I own" up to date by adding all these...

Purchases so far this year are running at around 75% of those last year, which is good...

Went out shopping with Anne, soundtracked by Francoise Hardy...

On our return, having purchased some stuff, took some pics of the garden - including the above...

Possibly too many flower pics...

...but the garden is blooming and needs to be recorded...

OK that's probably enough...

Watched, for the first time, three episodes of the first series of "Gary Tank Commander", which we've had on loan from chum Tracey for probably a couple of years - quite funny...

Did some ripping of some good and some not so good compilations, listening to the odd track as I did so...

Wrote a couple of chord sequences on the new guitar for what may become a new song - but which I'll probably forget the hummed but not recorded melody...

Enjoyed our first Indian takeaway for some considerable time, watched some telly ("Have I Got News For You" and "The Fast Show"(no that was last night), listened to some more music and surfed the net...

Another right riveting day indeed...

Highlight of the Day :  Brief return of "The Fast Show"...
