Rummaging and podcasting...

Playlist
Galleon – In the Wake of the Moon
Jakszyk Fripp & Collins – A Scarcity of Miracles
Cloudland Blue Quartet – Acoustic Live Set
Various – Cloudland Blue Podcast

Up late at 8:30, listening to the jukebox on shuffleplay, of which several good tracks which turned up led me to produce a wee podcast (posted below) of songs and pieces I enjoyed...

Texted the Cala Home guy again and he advised they’ve had to start using the generator again as an accident with the power liner into the site is waiting to be fixed by the power company (early next week he says)...

The noise is less annoying now I know it will end shortly...

To the store for croissants again...

Back home, still no sign of Annie so ripped all the WAV files for the proposed podcast...

Annie up at last and breakfast at midday...

Recorded the ‘cast and posted it up then headed to my mum’s to sort out a load of my old stuff which was found in her attic when work was being done recently...

A racing game and my Gran'dad's old bagatelle...

A black bag containing - old record bags from probably every record shop that existed in Edinburgh in the 70s...

One of my first ever artworks - footie related of course...

Old books, many of them prizes from school and Sunday school...

Almost every word I wrote at Secondary school must’ve been up there...

...now all residing in black bags to be dumped – it seems I’ve always wasted my time writing pish...

Nipped to McDonalds for a McFlurry for my mum – she likes a McFlurry...

Back home and, despite chucking almost everything I found, I did bring home two very small boxes of stuff...

...mostly in relation to my musicking at the turn of 79/80 and the Capital Models (who will be back together again on 17 June)...

More time wasting on the computer writing this up, whilst listening again to JF&C and Galleon...

An Indian, then mucking about with some sixty or so b&w shots found of Capital Models – contact sheets, probably from the archives of Mr Donald “Mitch” Mitchell, who I know occasionally pops by this site...

Here’re a couple of initial restorations...

Mmm, like the dinner suit and hair...

Downstairs to watch “Case Histories” – not great but I’ll give it a go...

To bed, very tired...

Highlight of the Day : Podcasting and rummaging through my old stuff, even though almost all of it ended up in the bin...

Indeed they look like my shots. Do I detect a hint of eyeliner in your close-up? BTW How could you throw out 'Racerific'? It looks brilliant!

Pretty sure they are yours...

Yes eyeliner was indeed present - made me look even more lovely!

Re the Racerific throw out - much of the content of the box appears to be missing - plus I really wanted Scalextric of course...
