Up just after six and not really working...
Just before 9, some sorting out of classical box sets...
...and some moving about of guitars...
Out with Anne just before 10 to pick up the surprise cake for Jane's birthday...
...and took it to Bobby to hide until tomorrow's family get together, noting too the finished versions of the kids' baking featured here yesterday...
A late breakfast in Corstorphine...
French toast with bacon and maple syrup - a nice wee reminder of Canada...
In the Marie Curie charity shop, these acquired for just fifty of your English new pence each...
I have all bar a couple of the tracks on this...
I probably have the majority of the 40 disco classics on this...
This is my fourth full rendition of Handel's Water Music and it's a cracker...
..and everyone needs to have some James Blunt, don't they? This is my first Blunt CD - I follow him on Twitter - his put downs to insulting tweets are pure gold...
Some listening, some rugby watching with the headphones on, some reading, some surfing and some learning of 16 (count 'em) Brian Eno songs (for no particular reason that I can think of)...
...and the second of an excellent 2 part "Dr Who", based on "The Bootstrap Paradox" (see Heinlein's "By the Bootstraps" and Moorcock's "Behold the Man"), took up the rest of the day...
Oh, and Queens finally won a game, 1-0 at home to Morton - still in the top half of the table despite a particularly poor spell, out of which hopefully they are now emerging...
Oh pt 2, and the Matthew Florianz album I pre-ordered on Bandcamp was released this afternoon...
His second album of 2015 was my final listen of the day...
Ambience at its best...
Lights out...
Highlight of the Day : Learning Eno songs...
