Up and out to the gym at 9 despite last night's heroic drinking session...

Back home and breakfast with the ladies whilst we watched the Pet Shop Boys in London...

Out to mum's at Loanhead where we were soon joined by not-so-big-now sister Sheila who, in a similar gym-kick to mine over the last nine months or so has shed over 4 stone...

She was not tempted by the arrival of the van of Mr Softy, the Ice Cream man...



She brought along friendly wee dog, Ben, still missing his now sadly departed Partner in crime, Smudge the Labrador...

He particularly likes the ladies...





Wishing Pam and mum well for the upcoming trip, we drove back home where we found Meg the Black Cat in fascination mode re the blue tits flying outside the back porch window...



Over to Anne's mum's for tea - and a full house...

Young Ollie's new "Sonic the Hedgehog" slippers were required to be recorded for posterity...



Home for Anne to watch "Dancing on Ice" while I wrote this up to the sounds of Messrs Eno and Beck..

"Match of the Day 2" entertained late doors then lights out on another weekend...
