Off jazz and on to Jethro Tull today…

To a certain extent, the more complex sections reminded me of Gentle Giant…

The Giant soundtracked my gym visit this evening, which seemed harder than the two 5 mile runs at the weekend and wasn’t helped by having to ask the on duty gym-people to bloody well turn the piped annoying radio music down a bit as it was encroaching on my headphones…

A popular move…

With another 5 miles behind me, it was home to a delicious new chicken curry recipe from the Exec Producer…

Also waiting my arrival was a package from Mr Sumner McKane – the CD I’d ordered in January and another due to him having forgotten to despatch the first disc…

This is great stuff and I urge anyone to go to his site and take a listen to his work…

Here are the two albums i already had before today's parcel arrived...

Elsewhere, Scotland won a friendly match at Hampden for the first time in 14 years, thrashing the Czech Republic 1-0 – from the way the people on Sportscene were reacting, you’d think we’d won the World Cup…

However, due to the seeding systems which now permeate almost all sport, purely in the interests of television companies of course, the likelihood of Scotland ever qualifying for the final stages of any major tournament is now extremely remote…

We can dream though eh? And then be on the first plane home…

Highlight of ther Day : Anne’s new curry…
