Firts thing, on dipping into a blog, ostensibly about Drone Music, there was mention of the Japanese band Boris - which reminded me I liked them...
So I found the last thing I downloaded, from a couple of years back and went looking for newer stuff, but there was none...
However, their label on Bandcamp then led me to another band, discovered a couple of years back which I'd forgetten about, Water Damage...
Ended up acquiring four things from the label's Bandcamp page, more Water Damage plus new to me artists, Winged Wheel, Chris Brokaw, Chimers...
Then, a digger dagger album by one Anyma...
And, later on, based on a post to BleuSky, new to me improv outfit, Dryhouse Ruins...
It seems even when I try to reign myself in I can't stop finding new music...
Also this morning, I sourced new drum tracks for possible future CBQ projects...
...and all of that was pre breakfast...
...post which, there was some listening back to yesterday's work on instrumental versions of Caital Models original canon...

Still tumbleweeds from Johnny W but Keith is up for the idea of working on the CM originals and some punkish/new wave covers for our next gig...
So, later today, I set about looking for suitable material from 1976-1979...
Another Blue Sky post criticising criticism for Scottish Football being dominated by two clubs, led me to analyse top three placements in the last 10 years for England and Scotland...
Just 7 clubs have featured on both sides of the border...

However, if we only consider the top 3, it's England 7, Scotland 3...
Hopefully Hearts can change that this season...
Some telly - a "Chicago PD" before Anne headed to PickleBall - during which Fang popped by...
Once again. my phone was rested on the radiator while I administered some Dreamies to the wee man...
While Anne was out, I could have been adding clear, 2026 vocals to the instrumentals created yesterday but, instead, I watched four episodes of a new thing, "Younger", of which Anne is halfway through Season 2 - I'm catching up...
Post another "Chicago PD" or two on Anne's return and some punky playlist building, and finding long sought after initial cassette only EPs by fave Dar Williams from 1990/91, it was time for a tasty chicken tea from Anne...
...followed by more telly...
New thing "Lynley" was good and then "Bones" and bed, with a randomly chosen 2025 podcast in the cans...
