Got dressed today...
But, onesie initially, to ward off the cold, first thing...
The moon was out...
...and wee red lights suggested readiness...
First #NewMusicFriday of the year - only a couple of things partaken of - which is good...
Many very good LPs hit age 50 this year...
...but only six were missing from the list I complied - also duly downloaded...
And so, a goodly part of the day was spent compiling a playlist of said LPs (over 200) - and listening to tracks from them on shuffle - hence the huge playlist above...
Other musical highlights included the discovery of Japanese fusion outfit, Nankai Trio and a new LP, released towards the end of last year, which I missed, from Iain Ballamy...
Fang the Black Cat became our first footer - just and no more, he withdrew again, after initially touching down his paw...
My phone sat on the radiator while he got his goodies...
Anne was off uptown buying more clothes, while I compiled and listened...

Then, a message from chum Bernie proposed a meet up at the bottom of the hill and so, at 4:15, down we went...
...with our Amsterdam coats on - it was freezing...
Drinks and chat...
Cherry Pepsi Max, post a couple of Leffes, for your correspondent - three Buds for Bernardo...
Halves of Poretti and 1664 Konigsburg for Annie, followed by a coffee...
...and, of course, rater than going home to cook, tea ensued...
Tasty...
A bus up the hill and we were home by 7...
TV highlights this evening included one re a train journey from Bergen to Oslo, which we might make at some point this year, the 2025 Xmas "Gone Fishing" and a BBB - "Bones" before bed...
Retired just before midnight...
