£35 is more economical than a new pair which may be less comfortable...

Just after 12, back down the road to pick up Anne and to pick up the boots...
Lunch and "Chicago PD"...
Filing...
At 3 or so, over to Sainsbury for some items and to M&S for new slippers - the previous pair, while looking groovy, were not fit for purpose...
Then, a drive from there to Dunfermline...
Free parking and a walk to the centre and a look around for a dinner venue...
Then, to the Commercial Inn for drinks - Diet Irn Bru and Alcohol Free Erdinger for me - lovely wine for Anne...
Then, to previously sought out Ashiq...
Was brought a "normal" Coke by mistake but just took it, as the girl had popped it open already...
Very tasty pakora...
...followed by Chicken Karahi for your correspondent...
...and Chicken Balti for his Exec Producer...
...with Naan and Rice...
Very tasty indeed...
A walk along to the Alhambra Theatre, our first visit - lovely venue, for Al Murray's hilarious "All You Need is Guv" which, mostly, comprised asking people in the closest parts of the audience to the stage, their names and their occupations and taking the piss...
Luckily the guy in front took off his top hat...
At the start of the second half we were allowed to take pics...
The first five rows had been issued with waterproofs...

Out around 9:50 and a walk back to the car and a drive home...
The new replaced the old...
Prepped my pics for the daily CD Box project but did not listen till tomorrow morning...
Instead, "Taskmasterclass"...
And bed around midnight...
