Up late and checking new releases...

...and working on last night's iPhone recording of my performance...

...and created a big playlist of "good" CBQ songs from across all the albums from 1997 to 2023, "Callingstill" to "Auden", which soundtracked much of the day...

...at 8 this released into the wild...

Anne was off to Zumba as I waited in for the window cleaner to come and do the guttering but he never arrived...

Over to Bonnyrigg - mum looking a bit more normal - they have decided once again that she does not need permanent oxygen...

..but she was upset to have it confirmed that, while physio continues, the prospect of her walking with a zimmer again is nil...

I pointed out that this makes almost zero difference compared to her pre October 31 existence - i.e. sitting in her chair all day watching "Heartbeat" and "Midsummer Murders"...

The rabbit outside agreed...

I played her a wee bit of the new LP...

"Bangin'" she said ...

Well, kind of...

The actual quote was "That just sounds like banging, son"...

Oh well...

Home for lunch, followed by an afternoon of "Monk", coffee and big orange Spanish biscuits...

Tasty marinaded chicken for tea - shame for the chicken of course...

This evening, "Almost Paradise" and "Beyond Paradise" and more coffee and Spanish delicacies...

...followed by the recording of the podcast, ready for issue first thing tomorrow...
