A 7 o'clock start...
Meant to be doing this but got distracted re the backing tracks...
Spent some considerable time redoing the Pink Floyd "Another Brick in the Wall" medley of pts 1, 2 & 3 plus "Goodbye Cruel Word" and the Velvets' "Sister Ray" (by excising all Lou's singing - which still leaves 8 or 9 minutes of fun!)...
Then over to Bonnyrigg via Loanhead to visit my mum and regale her with the last four days from here...
She accused me of ruining her TV viewing by showing up to visit...
Charming...
She enjoyed her lunch of unpictured minestrone soup followed by turkey, chipolatas and roast potatoes...
The view from the office around lunchtime, I...
II...
Home, again via Loanhead - how can one old woman dirty so many clothes in a few days??
Post lunch, Anne was off to attend to her mum - the torture never stops (although it will tomorrow)...
Spent a good couple of hours this afternoon, collating a playlist of records I bought 50 years ago, using my 1974 diary entries as source material..
...and added in all my 1974 Number 1 singles (or their B sides) for good measure...
Anne wasn't feeling too great this evening, so opted for a boiled egg on toast, which gave me the opportunity to create something re the recently purchased veggie meatballs, an onion and a tin of chopped tomatoes...
Anne has recently returned to the hare...
In other art news, in Paris today, Jane and Kitty saw the most famous painting in the world...
This evening, a couple of episodes of "Almost Paradise" entertained...
For most of the day though, entertainment came from my new 1974 playlist...
Lights out, with its content still in my lugs...
