Prepping the content for the podcast, writing this, breakfast then out and over to the hospital, where a good hour was spent, once again, trying to teach my mum how to...
(a) make a call on her mobile and...
(b) answer a call on her mobile...
The latter of these was finally boiled down to...
(1) Swipe and...
(2) Ear...
That is, when a call comes in, the screen lights up, she swipes the green "accept" button then puts the phone to her ear...
I thought she had it...
I called her from the car park as I left the hospital...
No reply...

The lady cleaning her room swiped the button but mum did not put the phone to her ear...

Home for lunch before Anne headed off to the football - 4-2 Hearts v Livingston, after going 2-0 down in 22 minutes - in Dumfries, Queens beat bottom club Edinburgh City 2-0 - they can no longer reach the promotion play offs and it's now a question of avoiding being drawn into the relegation play offs with three games to go...
Not the greatest season ever...
I tested the PA for tomorrow - all seemed to be working...
Dismantled everything and packed it all away...
...and took it all downstairs...
Then recorded the links for the podcast, put it all together, uploaded to the world and gave it a listen back...
A tasty tea from Anne, happy with her team's performance...
