Up on a Sunday morning...

Despite that, to be honest, nothing much done in the morning other than shopping for rolls...
As, at 1, grandnephew Harris arrived with mum Julie - dad nephew Ali had been called away to Fife but soon joined us all for lunch...
Some parts of lunch were a little messy...
Harris was afraid of Fang - who had come in briefly and quickly exited again...
This to show Harris that Fang wasn't waiting for him outside...
Meanwhile, the small boy's shoes awaited...
Off they went, Ali on another job in Portobello, Julie to take Harris to sister Sheila and then a visit to my mum's, while Julie herself, went on a wine spree with her sister and friends...
In our house, it was time for the World Cup Final...
At 2-0 with 10 minutes to go, Argentina, who had been far and away the better team, looked to be cruising to victory
Then, Mbappe scored a penalty for France, followed, a minute later by a superbly volleyed second...
Into extra time...
Messi followed his first half penalty with a second and looked to have won it for Argentina...
But then, another penalty to France and it was 3-3, Mbappe getting his hat trick, first in a World Cup Final since Geoff Hurst in 1966...
Penalties...
A save by the Argentine keeper and a miss from France meant a third World Cup title for Argentina...
We watched till the bitter end of the award ceremony...
A break upstairs for me while Anne caught up with "Coronation Street"...
Then, episode three of "Strike" at 9 - last part tomorrow...
And, finally, a documentary on Michael Macintyre brought the weekend to a close...
