A long drive ahead of us, we were up early, packed and down for breakfast...
Another tasty start to the day...
Loaded the car in the car park and took the final views of Lincoln...
Decided against stopping over anywhere and drove for 5 hours with one short break...
...arriving home at 2pm...
Anne's painting awaited...
...but was not further worked upon today...
The system was rebuilt...
No need to rip the acquisitions though, as that had been done on the road...

Lincoln...
The record sounded quite good - only one unsortable jump (which is, of course, one too many)...
The rest of the day, post return, was spent writing up the blog, listening to music, shopping for provisions and we also watched six of the seven episodes from Season 6 of "Elementary" which we'd somehow managed to miss previously!
In addition, Anne popped round to Jane's around 5:30 to watch Fiorentina v Hearts (Bob and Olly flew out this morning to Rome and on to Florence by train to watch it in the flesh)...
Just as well it's only a game as, despite hitting the post in the 1st minute, the JTs were trounced 5-1...
Everything back to normal then...
Lights out...
