Up and downloading new releases - which, of course, would supersede the tracks chosen earlier this week for tomorrow's podcast...

So it goes...

Out to walk to a class I left two years ago to try and get back on track...

Soundtracked by the new Taylor Swift...

Autumn looked good both going...

...and coming back...

Home for a healthy breakfast - two eggs, a spring onion, two tomatoes and a slice of wholemeal toast...

With Anne out Zumbaing and coffeeing and caking with Lynn, I watched the Alice Cooper Group Blu Ray that was not very well delivered yesterday...

Some excellent insights revealed in the Q&As...

For instance, they had just two days in the studio to record their debut LP, "Pretties For You" (to this day, still bassist Dennis Dunaway's favourite)...

Despite this, they took the time out to record the sounds their guinea pigs made, so as to have them appear on the track, "10 Minutes Before the Worm"...

Anne returned and lunch was enjoyed...

For me, tuna salad...

An episode of "Reacher" then, with Anne out cleaning and doing other work re the car...

...I recorded this week's podcast...

...ending in time to enjoy a very tasty tea of Anne's Chicken Rogan Josh...

Fang popped by...

...initially hanging around with us...

...before heading upstairs for a sleep on the bed then coming back down for some goodies and an exit...

Meanwhile, "Taskmaster", "Ghosts", "Have I Got News For You" and "Professor T" entertained...

As did an apple...

Finished the day listening to a couple more new releases from Staad and Armin Van Burin while Anne surfed the net with nephew Craig's TV programme in the background...

Then, lights out...

Reasonable...

Highlight of the Day : Committing to getting back on track...
