Tuesday morning...

Ready for action...

Scenes...

Breakfast - with real bacon...

Tuesday started with Hawkwind...

Relatively recent Hawkwind at that...

As I filled in a few gaps...

Then random CD of the day...

No 2 Box No 33, CD No 20 - Copland...

Following on from some dreadful pics on Sunday, some slightly better ones - taken from the CD of music for my dad's funeral in 2003 - I don't know where the originals are...

Today's random LP was Francoise Hardy's "Golden Hour Presents The Best of" (Pye, 1974)...

A great find in the mid 80's pre 'net...

Tracks I'd not heard before, many in English....

The 60 min playing time was a problem re sound quality but I've recreated it digitally from CDs - of course...

Later, I was looking to find the exact release date of Brian Eno's "Thursday Afternoon" (my first ever CD purchase (1985) - I found this instead...

Yowsah!

This evening, some more listening...

Mininalism...

Piano by Jeroen Van Veen...

In particular, disc 8 from the blue box and two pieces by Terry Riley...

Mesmerising...

Very tasty curry for tea...

..and listening to newly decided upon acquisitions of the month from way back in 1990-1995...

Filling in gaps, kind of...

Highlight of the Day : Minimalism and gap filling...
