Eight new ambient environments including elements of John Cage...
Thirty one three movement versions of Cage's 4'33" come as bonus tracks for those who download...
In all, 101 tracks...
...and the current CBQ Bandcamp discography of 36 LPs is available on a name your price basis...
My third album of lockdown...
Good views accompanied the release...
Scrambled eggs for breakfast...
Also purchased Mr Betts' new album and it's on its way from Japan, to join these four pristine items, displayed for the pic amongst the boxes of various artists comps......
Anne was off out to spend some quality time with best chum Lynn...
I had a visitor...
...but it was not Fang, it was Sid - she does not come into the house but was interested, here, in a plane overhead...
...and in the butterflies on the butterfly bush...
I am now watching "Treadstone" solo as Anne has given up on the nonsense - we are, instead, enjoying something called "Chuck" which ran for five seasons in the USA but of which we had never heard...
On Anne's return a new hat had appeared...
Meanwhile the squirrels were enjoying some things they like...
...and the postie had brought a new CD - which was shoehorned into the podcast...
...which was fully and successfully recorded this evening, meaning my Saturday wouldn't be frittered away like last week...
With the 100 Classical pieces project finished, the random LP of the day remains the only "obligation" - apart from keeping this up to date and all the other nonsense I pile on myself for no reason...
Anyway, this evening, "The Young Person's Guide to King Crimson" entertained...
Bought 22 December 1978, new, from The Record Exchange on Clerk Street (long gone), for just £3.40 (£19.23 today)...
...and given to myself as an Xmas present....
Always a fave amongst the myriad Crimso releases I have...
..with an excellent booklet...
...and my intro to the magnificent “Starless”...
As I listened, Anne had been painting...
A late night apple...
...and noting my alternative "YPG to KC" - Fripp was no fan of "Lizard" when he compiled it back in 1975...
I have the 2CD Japanese set too...
OK that's enough King Crimson...
Highlight of the Day : New album out...
