Sunday - let's make it like a Saturday or, at the very east, a good Sunday...

Up and to starting creating the eight new tracks that will comprise the new LP, over and above the 31 versions of 4'33"...

Reasonable views...

Work initial comprised listening to the field recordings and noting those with the most "interesting" content...

Then, with a start having been made, on Anne's upness, a suggestion that we go to Patisserie Florentin for breakfast for the first time in a very long time...

Restrictions/safety measures in place...

Coffee still as good...

Of course I could have had scrambled eggs at home - but not like these...

Out and walking past a cake shop, we were enticed...

A shopping trip on the way home for my mum...

Then, out to see the auld yin...

Cake enjoyed...

Cost estimated at 25p...

Aye right mum - if it had been late 1971 perhaps...

We're talking over £3 a pop here...

I had a bakewell sponge thing - also good...

From mum's straight to Jane's - Olly is in Glasgow of course and Bob is off up to Orkney with his mum...

Kitty has had her belly button pierced!

It's a little sore apparently...

A girl and her dog...

...and her granny...

Fish and chips were ordered and much enjoyed...

Picked up by me and the newly pierced young lady...

Home to find squirrels gamboling...

...and Anne continued with her new painting...

On the Twitter, I defended late Gentle Giant - noting that their 1980 live set was, in the main, gleaned from their last three LPs - and still sounded top notch...

Late on, listening to this morning's work...

A few glitches will require to be ironed out...

And still some tracks to create...

All in all then, a good Sunday as desired at the outset...

Highlight of the Day : Out for breakfast, out for tea...
