Up around 6 and noted no generator noise from the nearby building site encroaching on the sounds of Tangerine Dream - their seminal "Zeit" soundtracked my 6:30 walk past the site...

...on my way to the Polling Station to vote (mine were first in the boxes)...

...noting this (out of date I think) map of the development on the door there...

Back home shortly after 7 - much of this greenery...

...is not on the map...

This big tree will almost definitely go...

Working on “Vendôme” after some nagging by e-mail from Australia - whilst partaking of lovely coffee from the art-based mug...

I noted some distortion in the vocal at the start of the track – this will result in it having to be rebuilt from scratch, the uploads of the song-based disc of the new compilation having to be deleted, said disc having to be re-created and MP3s uploaded again...

Out and about with Annie post breakfast – visits to B&Q and Ikea resulted in the kitchen light at last being able to be fixed and new cushions brightening up the living room...

More work on “Vendôme” and an EP produced re various new mixes – the only copy of which is now in the hands of sister Pam – complete with rejected big-face-of-Mr-CBQ cover and subsequently rejected and deleted mixes...

Said one of a kind EP was able to be passed to Pam due to the visit this afternoon/evening from said sister and our old mum...

Post B&Q and Ikea, a visit to the fishmonger in Stockbridge had enabled the Exec Producer to executively produce a Sea Bass based tasty tea...

...which was followed by a cake – surely the candles are the wrong way round?

Post our guests’ departure around 9, the rest of the evening was spent watching telly (looks like an SNP victory in the election) and surfing the net...

News from Germany that our chum Jorg has spent the last six weeks in hospital and will spend a further two there - love and best wishes sent via his wife Yvonne and to their kids, Godson Ansem and his siblings Xenia and Teja...

Highlight of the Day : Absence of generator noise/tasty Sea Bass based tea...
