This morning, we were off down the road to bank the cheques which arrived yesterday from the auction house...
A cold, crisp, clear morning, with good skies - quite possibly, the best kind...
Of course, I had to pop into the Cancer Research and Sheleter shops but nothing enticed...
On the way home, into the wee record shop and four CDs partaken of, my first of 2025, before the walk back up the hill...

Well, the first three of these, plus a disc by one Herman Dune - but that had to be returned, post lunch and a couple of "Bosch"s, as the disc in the box was by Cut/Copy...
A second fifties multi disc comp taken instead...
...and so, these...
A mix up re a visit to sister Sheila's - it seems tomorrow had been discussed but nothing in the diary and we are due to step out with Lynn and Ross, so, we popped out tonight to see nephew Andy and grand nephew Dougie, up for a couple of days...
Much more snowy in Penicuik...
Maisie the Dog was her usual uncontrollable boisterous self, initially, putting paid to yet another remote control, which Andrew Senior had left lying out, rather than secreting in the remote control box, as instructed to do at all times when not in use...
