Finally and with much excruciating pain, I made it back out the bed just after 4am...
Painkillers ahoy!
I took the opportunity to work on fine tuning the content and live mixing of the proposed performance setlist...
Later, I resolved to walk down the hill with Anne, to attend to some business...
It took around 3 times the usual journey duration and we walked back up too...
Madness...
On the upside I found this excellent disc for just 50p...
As I ripped and listened, and indeed worked again on the live set, Anne was attending to gardening things...
Edward Spark was asking me about hard drives...
A not great day of top class pain had been endured...
I did not go to bed tonight but slept sitting on the sofa...
