Up...

...to create the stuff re advising "fans" that the new LP is out today...

And so it was done...

The ten songs...

Tidied myself up...

...and noted recent flowers I bought for the EP...

...before we headed out for brunch on George Street...

No WFH today...

The beast was having breakfast...

...with its Exec Producer...

The EP went off piste with a waffle...

With Anne off to see to the installation of new phones at her mum's apartment and then out with chum Lynn, I set out for a wander around town...

Firstly to Fopp...

...noting these classical pieces used in films, with a view to possibly compiling something myself...

Three purchases made...

Then out into a lovely day...

...and a walk up Cockburn Street...

...and through Hunter Square...

...to Blackwells Books where this was on sale for £1 - so I could not resist, justifying it by the fact it's a remaster...

Onwards past Surgeon's Hall...

...to all the charity shops up this way...

Two things from the BHF...

Nine things (3 for a pound) from Save the Children...

Hmm - already had this...

Five things from Shelter...

Hmmm, already had this...

Onto the bus with a bagful of CDs...

...to the top of Leith Walk and then, a walk down Leith Walk...

..at the very foot of which, this as found for £2...

Back on the bus and up to the Bridges...

....and a walk back down Cockburn Street and across Waverley Bridge...

...for an Airport Bus and then a 26 up the hill...

Down to the home of Crispycat Recordings...

Final view of the day...

Anne arrived home shortly after having had a good time out with Lynn...

This evening, a request from Mr Spark for the acapellas of the vocals re the new LP - no doubt he has remixes in mind...

They will be provided but not tonight as I had 19 of the 21 purchases from today to rip and listen to...

They will all be in the podcast tomorrow, for which I did nothing tonight other than compile - so it will be, necessarily, late...

Highlight of the Day : Shopping for music...
