And so begins another week...

A day of WFH...

Mostly soundtracked by Klaus Schulze...

Annne was out today hillwalking in the Pentlands with chums Debbie and Teresa...

So very yummy leftovers from Saturday evening's Chicken risotto...

...accompanied by a "Supernatural"...

More WFH...

Then, an equally tasty tea of aubergine and mince oven-baked thingy thing...

Also, yum-tastic...

Second on "University Challenge" - we certainly did better than the art student guy on one of the teams who was extremely good at nodding his head wen one of his colleagues got a question right....

More "Chuck" as we hurtled to the end of the 5th season...

And, all too soon it was over...

I feel like I've lost something in my life now it's finished...

I did a swift compile of the initial tracklist of this week's podcast - including a download of the track that became the opening theme for "Chuck"...

The CD is on order...

Re my mum, more negative stuff happened today and Sheila called asking me to write an email to the carers asking for an urgent reassessment...

While everyone else's opinion seems to be she's away the trip, I can see she is actually just very ill from an infection and the first set of anti-bios - she's now started new ones which are supposed to have fewer side effects...

And so, while, yes, I did indeed ask for a reassessment, I also set out how I think things are and my belief that this is something which she'll get over if she can beat the infection...

Highlight of the Day : A kind of happy ending for "Chuck", kind of...
