Coffee run...
6:20 am...
Started the day with some Szymanowski piano music - this arrived a year ago today - 40% of it remained unlistened to prior to this morning...
Anne emerged and breakfast was prepped...
A trip into town for the beast...
Two purchases at the BHF in Shandwick Place, formerly my daily haunt...
Got this first one as it features the place we'll be off to in a week or so...
...and Chk Chk Chk (aka !!!) - a top funky choice...
Then, to Fopp...
...and much swithering and putting back of stuff, led to this being the only purchase...
Then, on the way home, back to the BHF and three more...
Lykke Li - just to see what the fuss is about...
It's "not bad"...
This is, however, a trifle disappointing...
But you can't go wrong with this...
Home for some ripping and listening and a couple of "Chuck"s...
A visit too from Fang...

...by which point Anne had made a superb risotto...
...and a marathon 3 or 4 episode "Chuck" session followed an old "Poirot" from 1991...
